When you need karate classes- think Chelmsford Karate. Formed in 1986, we are more than just a karate club. We try to make our classes a place where you get to meet like-minded peers with whom you can learn martial arts in a thriving environment. We focus on self-defence techniques, which are based on the traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu style of karate. We also specialise in strength and conditioning, kata & bunkai, and Kumite forms. We help our students develop physical strength and fitness and self-esteem, self-discipline, mental agility, and self-control.
